This is it, everyone! The final episode of Defenders of Berk and the last time we will see the younger Vikings before How to Train Your Dragon 2 comes out! But it isn't too sad, we still have two more seasons after the film!
Check out nine new images from the episode below!
Been waiting for this all day!
ReplyDeleteLast episode before the movie. As much as the show sometimes frustrates me, it'll seem strange not having a new episode to watch next week. Here's hoping they end the season on a high note.
ReplyDeleteOMG OMG OMG OMG Dagur looks like hes going to run Toothless through
ReplyDeleteMILDEW~! XD Sorry, it's an urge for me to growl at his name whenever I see him on screen.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like the SD is sorry because of its eyes. he's making me sad ;(
ReplyDeleteI'm interested to see how they utilize him here since it could be the last we see of him and his character arc has been downright baffling. His double-crossing of Hiccup in order to backhandedly learn dragon training secrets was a truly sinister way to end season 1. Then he's inexplicably been absent for almost the entire second season, and when we did see him with the Skrill, he was back to trying to whack it with his stick shouting that "that's the only way to get through to these beasts". It's almost as if the writers changed plans on the fly.
ReplyDeleteYeah, baby, give us some Hixtrid, we totally deserve it.
ReplyDeletedauger I'm going to kill you!
ReplyDeleteI found 2 new pictures on Facebook!
ReplyDelete*chanting* hiccstrid, hiccstrid, hiccstrid
ReplyDeleteI wonder what the fourth season is called.
ReplyDeleteHIccup does hand over Toothless! I'm sure they're going to try to get him back once Stoick is safe.
ReplyDeleteRIP younger vikings, but this means we are one step closer to HTTYD 2 :) I can feel the possibility of Hiccstrid in this episode :D The before-last picture, Toothless is in a cage! Noo! But he will make it out, like always. And for the last time til Dragon Masters, I can't wait for this episode!
ReplyDeleteHey guy, look at this picture. Hiccup's face as a target for dagur's ax exercises.
ReplyDeleteI think it is from this episode.
Found it here: http://hicksberlin.tumblr.com/post/78658600288/did-you-see-that-hiccups-face-as-a-target-object
The Screaming Death and his Whispering Death servants make a comeback! XD
ReplyDeleteI was wondering what happened to Mildew! o_e
ReplyDeletethe screaming death looks so sad on the last pic and i wonder if alvin and hiccup are teaming to get stoick back but they will, cause every story has a happy ending!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for masters and the movie but this is the last time we're gonna see them as kids! I'm gonna miss them so much... :C
ReplyDeleteHmmmm... Why are my comments pending?
ReplyDeleteH I C C D E W
ReplyDeleteIt wouldn't be surprised to see Astrid kick Mildews double-crossing butt.
ReplyDeleteTOOTHLESS!!!!!!!!!!! I'M GONNA KILL YOU DAGUR FOR LOCKING MY FAVORITE DRAGON IN A CAGE!!!!!!!!!! Something tells me that this episode is going to be epic......
ReplyDeleteToothless is serious jailbait. How many times has he been locked up/caged up/put into restraints?
ReplyDeleteThe same thing with Astrid, how many times did she fall off of Stormfly? XD
ReplyDeleteXD but brace yourself, this may or may not be the last time you will see Mildew
ReplyDeleteMe too, it's gonna feel so different...
ReplyDeleteDagur.... better not die in this episode. I STILL WANT THE GANG TO SURVIVE WHICH I KNOW THEY WILL!
ReplyDeleteSame here! I shall miss them :(
ReplyDeleteStodagdewvin FOREVER!
ReplyDeleteToothless is in a cage!! D:
ReplyDeleteI found even better photos and information on httyd2 toys; there is a clearer view on all the action dragons, (close-up on the scaulsron), role-play fire-sword, and the battle at dragon-mountain set (includes hookfang and toothless in race-paint, hiccup and snotlout, and war-machine. Here is the link; http://www.flickr.com/photos/mrstinkhead/12738436883/in/photostream/
ReplyDeleteWell, this is about the second time that Astrid has shrunk and Hiccup has grown.
ReplyDeleteSuch confusion XP
ReplyDeleteI know! I wonder how he got caught :l
ReplyDeleteI know! Dagur better not put a single finger on him because if he does Hiccups gonna hunt him down for sure.
ReplyDeleteHuh... interesting. I'm just gonna say by it's general appearance that the Screaming Death almost looks like it will turn into a good character in the end. Actually... it has had such a simple character arch so far... that would really be something if it did help Hiccup in the end! Seriously... it would sort of show that just because a dragon is massive doesn't mean it can't be trained. Otherwise the Screaming Death has really just been a less powerful Red Death throughout the series, and we've kinda already handled that kind of antagonist. I'm actually fairly excited about this even though I feel kinda like the series took Hiccup and Toothless OOC more times than I would like. Cool. Looking forward to tomorrow morning (iTunes release).
ReplyDeleteThere better be a hiccstrid kiss in this! Seriously this is the last time we see the younger teens! Who's with me?!
ReplyDeleteMust have been part of Hiccup's plan or something. :)
ReplyDeleteWe defiantly haven't had enough Hiccstrid and I'm really hoping that changes in this episode ;3
ReplyDeleteMe!!! XD
ReplyDeleteI'm with you 100%
ReplyDeleteI almost wrote Stodagdewvincup, but then I thought it'd be awkward to ship a father-son thingy, even if it's a fivesome and they may never actually get too close to each other because of the 3 others in the middle. (Sorry, I'm not a mental patient, I'm just sooo xrfxcdert excited. I dont ship anything but H&A :-)
ReplyDeleteXD I ship only Hiccstrid also, but I love making these weird ships when im excited also :)
ReplyDeleteYES! We need Hiccstrid to finish the season! We need this last little moment whether its just a hug, or a kiss, we need it! :)
ReplyDeleteWouldn't that be awesome? Oh man, you might have given me an idea for a fanfiction ... If the episode doesn't use it first.
ReplyDeleteBesides, so far in the series, The Gang hasn't been able to defeat Alvin, Dagur and the Screaming Death, how are they going to do that in one episode?
Dunno what I'll be doing between tomorrow and the movie premier, I'll probably end up writing a series of Heathernadder fic. :-)
ReplyDeleteAnother legit point. OOOOOH, I know how they could do it. Four words:
ReplyDeleteNight Fury and Skrill.
The end! Sigh... I loved the Skrill eps. They were probably my favorite of the entire season. I wonder if we'll see him again in season three.
XD And i'll be drawing some weird httyd related stuff because i'll go mental without new episodes XD
ReplyDeleteThe Skrill needs to comeback! I lovedthe Skrill episodes also:)
ReplyDeleteMy magic orb says no kissing tonight, but a cute little hug. (but my magic orb is a compulsive liar, so I'll still have my fingers crossed)
ReplyDeleteWasn't it incarcerated in ice for the next couple do decades?
ReplyDeleteI know.. Im dying to watch it tonight but the livestreams are full as of right now D: and I REALLY don't want to wait until tomorrow because then I have to stay off here to avoid spoilers.
ReplyDeleteThis is going to be awesome!!
ReplyDeleteYeah the Fishlegs picture and Outcast Island picture is really useful (sarcasm).
ReplyDeleteYou know I can't believe that I'm actually saying this but...I can't wait to see Hiccup and Alvin fighting together because despite their differences they can be quite an awesome team when they work together.
ReplyDeleteAnd I can't wait to see if there are any Hiccstrid moments, and how does Toothless make it out of the cage? but mainly what happens to Dagur?
I would like to see it again as well. I wonder if any Skrills (probably not the same one) will make cameos into the second film. I'd like that. They wouldn't need to dominate the plot, but it would be beautiful to see one in the second movies graphics. *shudders* sorry, I find that dragon really spooky for personal reasons.
ReplyDeleteGood call! I wanted to design a t-shirt for myself. + I'm in the middle of writing a fanfic (and I hopefully will have time for another one before the summer).
ReplyDeleteYup... sort of a typical problem with series... sometimes character arcs don't seem that consistent, which is a shame because he was so fascinating at the end of season one.
ReplyDeleteDid you put links in them?
ReplyDeleteOh man this is going to be epic can't wait, can't wait can't wait!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWasn't it implied in the trailer? I think it was.
ReplyDeleteThat's...kinky...
ReplyDeleteI really don't think Hiccup would give up Toothless for Stoick that quickly... He has to do something crazy first. XD
ReplyDeleteJust thinking out loud here, but am I the only one who wants to see an actual singing terrible terror on the rooftops in HTTYD2? XD
ReplyDeleteI feel like it'll be something along the lines of, "Sorry bud... I'll come back for you"
ReplyDeleteIs it just me or Mildew - apart from being scrawnier and older - does exactly look like Alvin?
ReplyDeletelike maybe they are related?
ReplyDeleteActually, it'd be awesome if he had to leave Toothless on Outcast Island and the series ends with an "empire strikes back"-y atmosphere, but it won't happen :-z
ReplyDeleteAs they are both from berk and Stoic seems to dislike mildew and alvin a lot.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see that
ReplyDeleteI know I'm asking for too much, but can you post episodes here for those who don't have T.V? So we can watch it on mobile and computers?
ReplyDeleteIt's not the last time we will see the young vikings, don't forget there is a tv special coming.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how many pageviews this blog receives per day
ReplyDeleteI don't remember a special. when is it. will it be on cartoon networck
ReplyDeleteSeven minutes left!
ReplyDeletehey look what I found
ReplyDeletelook what I found.......
ReplyDeleteI hope we see Alvin riding his whispering death, when RoB ended they implied the Outcasts would learn to train dragons this seasons but so far we have not seen them do anything like that.
ReplyDeleteYep, nothing like coming home to sit on your computer and wait for this. :)
ReplyDeleteSecond to last pic, OMG! Dagur has Toothless caged! Did Hiccup really chose his father over Toothless? Or just his plan went wrong and Toothless gets captured? Ugh. Hiccup, you really are in for it this time.
ReplyDeletewill this is fun i'm watching it right now ;D
ReplyDeleteYeah i love it when they kiss
ReplyDeleteI thought Gobber would get a Dragon in season 2?
ReplyDeleteThat was an amazing finale. Thank you dreamworks!
ReplyDeleteNO!! it lacked hiccstrid. but besides not having a kiss or even a hug it was still pretty awesome (sorry for those who haven't seen it)
ReplyDeletewow that big white thing got his mother back it was trying to find it how cute and also i don't know why this was my ever first thing i said i want to be a voice actor :)
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't give up a life of dragons for anything :')
ReplyDeleteOkay i have not seen the episode yet but just need to know, is there a cute hiccup/stoic moment and i am not talking about proud glances.
ReplyDeleteIt was a good episode but I didn't like Alvin's redemption arc.
ReplyDeletegosh the ending hiccup monologue was so awesome (but sad ; ( )
ReplyDeleteOH MY GOSH! I was so worried that they would cram everything together and it'd come out a mess but it was the most beautiful and spectacular out of all the episodes! Oh god, my heart was racing almost the entire time. I love how the relationship between Stoic and Alvin was like what could happen between Hiccup and Snotlout. While there wasn't any Hiccup and Astrid because one, I don't ship them, and two this episode seems more like its meant to be a goodbye to the t.v series. And yes I know about the third season but that wasn't official until after this episode was done I'm assuming.
ReplyDeleteSoooo.........yeah. AWESOME EPISODE!
IM sad because im used to having a count down for the next ep but scince the season is over, theres no count down. it makes me sad because its over and im going to miss the yonger version of them. I loved this season, it was a wild ride. I would scweel when im waiting for the ep to come on and where I would burst out saying, whats going to happen, or im on the edge of my feet. I really enjoyed this season, a lot. I can not wait until How To Train Your Dragon 2. I NEED A NEW TRAILER NOOOOOOWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteNot servants, family! Including its MOTHER!
ReplyDeleteBest episode ever! (My opinion)
ReplyDeleteTHIS WAS AWESOME!!!! I loved it!
ReplyDeleteI can't see it until it gets uploaded on tpb or pinoyanime, or anything at all :D
ReplyDeletethe thing is, it's illegal until 2 days after it's release :/
ReplyDeleteI usually download the episodes from tpb so that I can get them in HD
*SPOILERS*
ReplyDeleteOverall, I liked this for a finale. I liked seeing Alvin and Mildew redeem themselves (although it does beg the question of why they never deployed their army of Whispering Deaths while they were still enemies of Berk) by being the ones to end Dagur's reign of terror. We also got some more quality father/son moments for Hiccup and Stoick which is always nice. Even though it was subtle, I was also happy to see Astrid taking a stab at helping Hiccup in his stint as temporary chief which turned into a learning experience for both of them. That was some nice foreshadowing of what likely happen at some point later in the franchise. Finally, bringing back Hiccup's narration at the end was also a fitting way to end the season that ties in nicely to the movies.
The only thing I could really go either way on was how they tied up the Screaming Death plot. Somehow playing the angle that it really only wanted to be peacefully with its mother didn't quite feel satisfying after all the havoc and near loss of life it had caused. On the other hand, I can't really blame them for steering it away from being Red Death Part II, so I won't complain about it. I've admittedly had a bit of an up and down reaction to this series so far, but at least they closed out the season with one of the better episodes.
where do you watch the livestreams?
ReplyDeleteis it on tv or computer, because sweden is behind with an entire season, so I usually get to wait 2-3 days to watch online...
I really don't have any favorite relation, guess I can say "Gunmead" <3
ReplyDeletetell me your secret, where do you watch this?...
ReplyDeleteI was hoping Alvin's past might explain why Valka is presumed dead. It actually kind of seemed like it when Alvin said "and there were some injuries". But I guess not since Httyd2 will cover that and Alvin's not even part of the movie.
ReplyDeleteIt would seem so that the kids would still be their young selves, but I've heard things that they may actually be slightly older. Who knows? Either way it'll be awesome! ^^
ReplyDeleteFor those who have already seen the episode
ReplyDeleteReally? Awwww...
ReplyDeleteTo celebrate this glorious day, I give you this!
ReplyDeleteWe got Trumpy from Pod People,(a MST3K episode) the Toaster Strudel kid, Murdoc Niccals from Gorillaz, Creepy Toothless, Michelangelo from TMNT, and Olaf from Frozen!
xD
ReplyDeleteI just want to see the Gang and the Berkians give him a piece of their mind like they all did with Alvin in the last episode.
ReplyDeleteI tried to draw Cloudjumper. This is probably going to be my favorite dragon from the sequel :3
ReplyDeleteI like it! :D I was trying to draw Cloudjumper in school today XD but the tail has four fins on the end instead of two.
ReplyDeleteomg those fit too good
ReplyDeleteWow, that's really good!
ReplyDeleteHaha! "On the Berk's Grapevine! Yes you can post silly scenes!"
ReplyDeleteI loved that part with the minions. XD
That's freaky!!
ReplyDelete(And funny!)
I watch online since I don't have cable :/
ReplyDeleteI like it! I think the same way.:)
ReplyDeleteAny special streaming site, or just CN?
ReplyDeletecheck my edit^ :D
ReplyDeleteAHA HA HA HA HA HA
ReplyDeleteSomeone with skills could redraw Michelangelo's work with dragons...
ReplyDeleteI normally have to wait till thursday morning or atleast late at night to watch it, but I use anime flavour. ^ ^
ReplyDeletehttp://animeflavor(dot)com/dragons-season-2-defenders-of-berk-episode-20
I just remembered when we first saw a picture of her, we thought it was a four winged Night Fury, because the tail looked so similar, so I went off of that. My only other reference was this:
ReplyDeleteHere's some drawings I've been working on. Let me know what you guys think.:)
ReplyDeleteAnd a silly comic...
I was waiting for something like this.:)
ReplyDeleteI wanna see that!
ReplyDeleteThis was made with you in mind...
ReplyDeleteis really nice and funny
ReplyDeleteIf you haven't seen the episode yet, I won't give it away. All I'll say is that he definitely plays a roll in the plot rather than being a needless add-on.
ReplyDeleteOh GOD!! That is terrifying!
ReplyDeleteThat's some good Photoshop there!
ah what a nice picture
ReplyDeletean image i could do without :3
ReplyDeletethis is berk made the finale extra epic i missed that from hiccup good luck to you john sanford on your new project at dreamworks i know some fans had gripes with this season but i enjoyed it it gave good development to the characters and yes i know hiccstrid was subtle but it was there and thats what counts when it comes to there relationship besides s3 will have them older so they could start dating in dragon masters will just have to see what the new director has in mind for those two oh and i even enjoyed snotlout in the finale and i usually hate the character to no end but he was actually pretty cool in the finale so props to john for making me like him for once again best of luck to you john sanford
ReplyDeleteIt's 1:00am as of now and I just finished watching it, I couldn't wait til tomorrow morning either :)
ReplyDeleteAmazing finale! It was so good, the Hiccup monologue at the end was awesome. I love that Alvin is not an enemy anymore, and Dagur, I hope you burn in hell, no offense :P Nothing to do with the episode, but we might get the final character poster tomorrow! Can't wait to see who its gonna be, i'm hoping for Valka :)
ReplyDeleteaha this is so funny!
ReplyDeleteme to the wait is torture!
ReplyDeleteOMG YES!!!!
ReplyDeleteyeah it was awesome john did a great job in the final scene to me that wasn't just a goodbye to the kids younger selves it was a goodbye to him as the director for the show i also thought in my head valka if only you could see your son now
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
ReplyDeleteI can't believe I must survive without Dragons for three months till the movie comes out, apart from the TV special.
ReplyDeletepfff, I want Eret, we haven't seen his final look yet :P
ReplyDeleteHey, it's going to be a few days at least before I see the episode, so I was just wondering if anyone could answer a few questions. Obvious spoilers are obvious, and the questions are in no particular order.
ReplyDelete1. How is Dagur ultimately defeated, and does he survive?
2. What is the final status of Alvin, Mildew, and the Outcasts/other Berserkers? I know that Alvin and Mildew help Hiccup and company out, but I just want to know whether they're all buddy-buddy for no good reason at the end.
3. What was Hiccup's plan? I can tell from what I've been able to find that he had one, but I can't for the life of me figure out what it is. Be as detailed as you like here.
4. How is the Screaming Death issue resolved?
Thanks for any answers you can provide.
1, Alvin picks Dagur up and you hear him screaming. Probably dead.
ReplyDelete2. Alvin is a friend, Mildew is a friend and the Outcasts/Berserkers are still enemies.
3.Hiccups plan was to get himself captured then take out the berserkers and outcasts with whispering deaths and alvin then lure the Screaming Death to its mother.
4. The screaming death was eating islands to look for its mother. It found its mother and it thanks hiccup then flies away with its mother and brothers.
All in one answer:
ReplyDeleteHiccup, Alvin and Toothless infiltrate outcast island, with help of Mildew who is Alvins insider they can take themselves under the island, Hiccup goes in alone, fights a little, gets captured, which was all a part of the plan.
Alvin uses his whispering deaths to remove guards while Dagur isn't looking and later he comes up with Mildew in his hand while holding on to a whispering death's tail, he throws Mildew so that he can free Toothless from the cage, then Alvin free's Hiccup and Stoick.
The other dragonriders had recieved a letter from Hiccup explaining how to get rid of whispering death, Fishlegs takes a dragonroot and lures whispering death to outcast island (where it's mother is).
It becomes chaos, fighting and at the end Dagur tries to capture the whispering deaths mother, Snotlout comes in and blasts them with fire so the mother gets free, the whispering deaths goes away and Dagurs army is defeated, Alvin takes Dagur and does something with him, what he does, we didn't get to know, the outcasts becomes allies with Berk,
That's pretty much the whole episode in one small text :p
I think it's going to be Valka, since she has a dragon, and these posters are all the characters with their dragons. (Also, I want to see more Cloudjumper :3 )
ReplyDeleteY'all can watch it here but it's quality is a bit questionable www(dot)vidbull(dot)com/oikk224f2d8w
ReplyDeleteSPOILERS:
Good episode to end the series with. Couple of things that nag at me but overall I thoroughly enjoyed watching it.
Once again though we see the annoying imposed 6 shot limit for Toothless even though it's extremely clear that 6 shots is not his limit. Thinking about it, if Hiccup had just said "he's reached his shot limit", I wouldn't have a problem. It's just he says "6 shot limit" which is heavily wrong.
Seems like they got rid of the idea that Alvin trained his own dragon which was a shame. It was a nice teaser of what might of happened when we saw him bonding with one earlier in the series but I feel they made the right choice not giving him his own dragon.
I'm glad they brought back the Hiccup ending dialogue for the well ending :D
All of this has made extra hyped for the next season and of course the movie :3
I remember talk of a TV special or short movie in preparation for the movie. Is that true or was what I heard just fruitless rumors?
But Eret maybe has a dorgon? :3
ReplyDeletei watch it here
ReplyDeletehttp://www.animeflavor.com/node/41389
I loved the part where the SD trapped Meatlug and Fishlegs in his mouth and the Meatlug farted
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful...
ReplyDeleteCan someone put up a link to the new episode for me I can't find it anywhere plus I don't have cartoon network either.
ReplyDeleteguys look at this dragon
ReplyDeleteYep! :D
ReplyDeleteYeah, I thought it was two fins at first, but then I looked closely in the trailer. It can trick you to look like 2 though! lol. :)
ReplyDeletefront feet are so small, how can he hold up his body with those? :o
ReplyDeleteNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Now we must wait 98 more days for new httyd stuff (+11 days for me). And I don't know how I can survive this...
ReplyDeleteBut it was a amazing season finale, and I have also cried a little at the end (``:
remember to the Thunderdrums ;) they have smaller legs
ReplyDeleteGreat episode! I loved when Hiccups chief thing is appeared in the last episode. We'll see a good chief in the second film! Goodbye teen riders... I can't belive it's the last time we seen them!
ReplyDeleteAnd please not kill Dagur... he's bad, but... PLEASE NOT!!!
I use animeflavor too :)
ReplyDeleteI hope that, too. I want to see more of Cloudjumper so badly!
ReplyDeletehttp://animeflavor.com/dragons-season-2-defenders-of-berk-episode-20-cast-out-part-2
ReplyDeleteOn animeflavor.com you can watch it! They post the episodes earlier. I watch the episodes on this site.
ReplyDeleteI was surprised that Alvin went legit good guy. I thought for sure once Hiccup had beaten Dagur, Alvin would take back his men and island and declare war on Berk. Oh well. The last scene with Stoick telling Hiccup he would be a great chief was sweet, but is it foreshadowing the movie and seasons to come when Hiccup says he doesnt have to be chief as long as Stoick's there (meaning at somepoint Stoick might not be around)? Or am I paranoid and that was just Hiccup's way of saying he was glad to have his dad back?
ReplyDeleteThe same way a Gronkle can fly. DRAGON MAGIC
ReplyDeleteYou're right, the monouloge is one of the best parts of the whole season! Character poster... looks like I will not sleep tonight XD
ReplyDeleteHe's a dragon trapper... I'm not sure he would keep one if it could get him money... But I may be wrong. I don't know what he's like.
ReplyDeleteA TV SPECIAL !?! And nobody told me :(
ReplyDeleteHahah yes :D
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking of a cozy man who likes sitting in a couch while drinking thé, and reading goodnight stories for his kids (sarcasm spotted) xD
ReplyDeleteI'd need a little of that magic :P
ReplyDeleteOmg yes I am totally looking forward to that! I thought I was the only one XD
ReplyDeleteOmg I am so wiv u and Ikr! This is the last time we will ever see them as young teens! I am acc going through a stage of depression here guys. -.-
ReplyDeleteAha ur like "ANYTHING!" I am like "Plz DW, as it is the season finale, jus a lil bit of Hiccstrid, whatever it is."
ReplyDeleteTotally not enough
ReplyDeleteYou are scaring me XD
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem sometimes... a few of them need over 12 hours!
ReplyDeleteOkay, I only have a little time so I will rant more later, OH MY GOD!!!! I love that episode! I will talk about how much I loved the whole thing later, but when Hiccup started doing his voice over at the end, I FREAK OUT WITH HAPPINESS! I never realized how much I missed his voice overs! And I never thought, Alvin really wanted to change! I thought he was going to betray Hiccup! WOOOOOOOOOOOO! SO READY NOW FOR DRAGONS 2!!!!! But no more dragon episodes for a long time. That new short they mentioned better come soon.
ReplyDeleteIs this from the trailer?
ReplyDeleteWhat happened to the Wings of the Screaming death in the last image?
ReplyDeleteAnd a huge thanks to all of you, my english tests are much better since I'm on this site :D
Elegant majesty, thy name is Mildew...
ReplyDeleteIt kind of looks like a miniature Red Death.
ReplyDeleteAren't there real live animals that have stubby legs and big bodies?
ReplyDeleteBest epidode ever. I just can't explain how awesome it was. Hiccup taking over him and Snotlout Alvin and Stoick, Dagur... Screaming Death and it's mom. <3 just amazing episode. oh! And Sharpshot delivering mail :)
ReplyDeletehaha I was thinking it looked like a triceratops Dino :)
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure triceratops did
ReplyDeletealso I heard that the 3rd season is still going to be what happens before the 2nd movie, but more events leading up to the 2nd movie.
ReplyDeletehttp://www(dot)watchcartoononline(dot)com/dragons-defenders-of-berk-season-2-episode-20-cast-out-part-ii
ReplyDeletechange the (dot) to .
I noticed Mildew's hair starting to change to orange/reddish a bit
ReplyDeleteI don't think it is, other cites have it up already
ReplyDeleteactually I read that the 3rd season will still take place before the 2nd movie, with events leading up to the 2nd movie, so they still may be younger then,
ReplyDeleteOVERALL REVIEW ON THE SEASON:
ReplyDeleteOk, so let me throw this a few different ways, was I happy with the episode, sure, it was a great episode! Nice comedy, great lessons for Hiccup to become chief, nice action, and then the handshakes at the end with Hiccup and Snotlout and also Alvin and Stoick were very nice. So all that stuff culminated to a very good finale. The season in general also had some great moments with Stoick leaving the Thunderdrums, very heartfelt moment, the scene at the end of last episode with Hiccup standing on the cliff, there are a ton of actual good moments that people in general can really look forward to come HTTYD 2.
However,, I believe that the bad outweighs the good as basically what I have been angry about the whole season in there basically being no Hiccup/Astrid throughout the entire season. I mean sure, we had very small moments here and there but nothing that really stood out to them being together after everything that happened in the movie and through mainly the first 12-13 episodes of ROB up until she kissed him in Thawfest. It mainly just showed her becoming his second-in-command which is fine but we all know that there is a deeper relationship there rather than just second-in-command. Also bad is the more obvious of the endless Astrid/Snoutlout scenes until the 17th episode or so, that was really the low points of the series and just something that they easily could have replaced with Hiccup/Astrid moments. Maybe not all of them since it wasn't bad in the beginning but after awhile it really got out of hand.
I guess disappointed would be the best word to describe the season as a whole. It had its moments for sure don't get me wrong, and I'm not saying that because there was no Hiccup/Astrid, it made the season bad but it certainly didn't help in any aspect. In all, it just wasn't the same as the first 12-13 episodes of ROB, I get this show is supposed to be all about dragons but those first 12-13 episodes had everything that httyd is suppose to be about and for me, defenders left a lot on the table in terms of what they could have done with the series to prepare the people for HTTYD 2.
Can't wait for HTTYD 2! If anybody knows about a definite TV special before the movie than please let me know!
Here's the closest thing we have to full body as of now:
ReplyDeleteOh dear, it turns out that Cloudjumper is all too much fun to draw!
ReplyDeleteWhere in the trailer? Do you know? I want to draw Cloudjumper as accurately as I can :3
ReplyDeleteAnd its just a toy.. I guess we have to wait for the full thing :)
ReplyDeleteIts when you see Cloudjumper and another dragon fly through caves before the part where Hiccup meets Valka :)
ReplyDeleteXD YES! When we saw the singing terror in Fright of Passage I was dying! Can't wait to see singing terrors again!
ReplyDeleteMaybe just strong muscles or a light thorax and head?
ReplyDeletedifferent rules in america and northern europe maybe :/
ReplyDeletethey have pretty normal legs actually, back ones are huge and the front ones are short but still broad enough to carry them
ReplyDelete
