ReplyDeleteMy friend went to watch it. She was the only survivor in the theatre. She is the toughest person in the history of the world and even she barely survived it. She said that it was the best, yet saddest thing to happen to her, and she started crying after minute one. Apparently, she survived, but has lost all control of her legs and is partially paralyzed. She says the best way to cry is to have tears of tragic joy with a strong dose of remorse for not trying to get closer to the characters throughout the series.

ReplyDeleteI saw HTTYD2 in 3D today guys and.... I LOVE IT! I won't spoil anything (though others already have BEFORE I got to see it XP) but I can say that they really out did themselves with this one and Dean did a great job as director. Oscar worthy for sure.

My old sisters made fun of me because it was a kids movie but they were the ones breaking down with feels :P I almost started crying several times but I didn't because I was dared to keep my streak of being a stone face through every movie I watch (it was pretty difficult for this movie though :P)

ReplyDeleteGuys, I went to see the movie twice already: once last night and once this morning and I dressed up as Astrid which was great and only one person commented on my costume and that was the lady at the ticket booth thingy mijig where they rip your ticket a little bit and tell you what audio your in but so yeah, the costume was a pain especially 'cause I had to take it off when I went to sit down but other than that, it was great. I honestly thought the 1st movie was better 'cause there was less violence and suspense. But my favorite part and the cutest part was when Valka and Stoick start singing. Ugh, when I 1st watched it, I kind of thought that Toothless died in the beginning when Toothless crashed into the ice since it did look like that but I knew he couldn't have been dead due to all those clips that were released before the movie. Funny thing too, my mom said right before Valka took off her mask that "Its his mom" and I'm like shush other people can hear you. And then towards the end, she's like I don't like this movie and I'm once again like shush, no one cares now be quiet people are trying to watch the movie. Lol! What did you guys think of the movie? Better or worse than the 1st one and what would you rate it on a scale 1-10. Me? I give it a 7.

ReplyDeleteReally?! I know it was sad due to what happened with Stoick but I didn't cry at all. My friend cried 7 times the 1st time she watched it but I didn't. I did think it was kind of uneccessary to have Toothless be the one to kill Stoick though. I know it fits in with the movie but still? Why Toothless?! And I seriously was really hoping that the Alpha was going to see the wrong in what Drago was making and turn his back on him during the scene where Toothless is about to do a plasma blasts on Hiccup.
